Ver good read. Short but to the point.
An extremely helpful, and clear guide. I am using whey protein, plus several of the ingredients that u mentioned(African mango), and C.L.A. and I think I might be in the category of Leptin resistance. Especially with regard to wanting something sweet late at night. I sent to America for something called the e factor diet, now I get daily emails with regard to Leptin etc, To be honest half the time I am lost with all the information,but reading your book has made all the information clearer, thank you.
